I live in Chicago and bought a couple already have preconstruction condos as an investment. I saw the land and property for sale through what seems a reasonable price in areas which have potential for up-and-coming "areas. What do you think generally a good investment is the earth? Would the buildings on, or wait until the costs of land, estimates, and then flip it? Do you own or have the land belongs to an investment in a city, what are some things to consider in this kind of investment?
